You retain ownership of all data you input into Luster CRM. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service. We will not access your business data except to provide support when specifically requested by you, or as required by law.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Scrapelocal Technologies (OPC) Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We aim to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or security purposes. We will endeavour to provide advance notice for planned maintenance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, India.
